Eddie Thornhill, Sales Associate

Eddie Thornhill, was born in Selma, Alabama in and was raised in Marengo County. Eddie was previously employed with McMillian Bloedal in the Forestry Department with land acquisition and timber purchases where he developed skills in determining values of standing timber and land value. In 1987, he began working with Clark Forest Products for as a timber buyer. In 1989 Eddie decided to venture out and began Marengo Forest Products (MFP) which still operates today. He has built many relationships over the past 35 years which he highly values and appreciates. Currently managing approximately 18,000 acres for private landowners, Eddie prepares management plans which advise best management practices for each individual tract.

Eddie is a member of the Alabama Forestry Association, the Professional Loggers Association and the American Tree Farm Association and holds his license in Alabama as a realtor.

Residing in Demopolis, Eddie and his wife Anita are the proud parents of three children and nine grandchildren which are their joy and delight. Eddie and his wife are members of Fairhaven Baptist Church.
