Terry S. McKinney
Terry S. McKinney, has over 30 years experience in all facets of the commercial real estate industry, with an extensive history and background in commercial leasing, management and contract negotiations.   Her career has included the responsibility for the leasing and management of retail and office portfolios in excess of 1.5 million square feet.  She has consummated hundreds of leasing, sales and development transactions with local and regional businesses, as well as worked with national clients such as Wal Mart and Lowes.

Terry has worked with the Delaney family for over twenty years as their Real Estate Director.  She oversees and manages their commercial holdings consisting of retail strip centers, office building and commercial land.    Terry has an extensive knowledge of the South Alabama area and she specializes in assisting investors and business owners in achieving their investment, development and leasing goals in the local and regional markets.  

Some of her business affiliations include the International Council of
Shopping Centers,  CCIM  candidate (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) , member of the Mobile County Board of Realtors,  serving on various committees, and the National Board of Realtors.  She is a  member of the local commercial real estate exchange group, and is very  involved in various civic and community organizations.
