Karen Ann Delaney was born and raised in Alabama and currently resides in Mobile. A community activist, Karen Ann has worked extensively with Penelope House as a board member and is involved with many other national charities as well.

A graduate of the University of Alabama she majored in Broadcast Journalism and minored in Communications. Her experience includes; CNN News Source Sales in Atlanta and ABC Radio in New York. Karen Ann has also worked in the local market holding media sales positions at Fox 10 as well as account executive with Sullivan-St.Clair Marketing/Public Relations where she represented clients nationally. In 2004, Karen Ann brought her extensive work experience to Delaney Development as a Vice President and Marketing Director where she is responsible for all public relations relating to the corporation, she manages advertising for commercial properties as well as the company’s numerous apartment communities.

She also enjoys spending time with family, boating, tennis and loves to travel.
